Valesa sells Anchorage and Eagle River real estate, and she guarantees your satisfaction! Valesa works together with agent services, mortgage lenders, title companies, real estate appraisers, home inspectors and other industry professionals to ensure that your transaction is successful.

Valesa was born and raised in Anchorage, and after receiving her Bachelor's & Master's degrees from Alaska Pacific University, she decided to follow in her father's footsteps to become one of Alaska's top REALTORS. When she's not selling real estate, she enjoys the Alaskan outdoors, including fishing, hiking, camping, rock climbing, falconry, playing with her dogs and cross-country skiing.

Valesa has put in the time, effort and education to receive her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, held by less than 4% of REALTORS nationwide.  She has also stepped up to become an e-PRO and an Associate Broker.  You can count on her real estate experience & expertise.

Valesa’s average clients are buyers and sellers in the $260,000-$650,000 price range, but she has helped buyers purchase everything from a $65,000 condo to an $800,000 luxury home.

Valesa joined the RE/MAX team in 1995, and she specializes in providing "old fashioned" hands on service while still being at the leading edge of technology. She is a real estate marketing expert, and her use of digital photography, e-mail updates, computerized market analysis, web sites and more provide her buyers and sellers with a smooth and timely transaction.

As a new Mom, Valesa works exclusively by referral so she has more time to better serve her clients.  She doesn't spend her time prospecting for new business...instead, she devotes her time to taking care of the needs of her clients before, during & after each transaction.  This means that she is there for you every step of the way!
